ExoMind At A Glance
At ReNew Integrated Medical Spa, we offer ExoMind, an advanced, non-invasive brain stimulation therapy designed to support mental wellness, emotional balance, and cognitive function. ExoMind is used by individuals seeking support for mood concerns, stress-related symptoms, focus challenges, and overall brain health.
What Is ExoMind?
ExoMind is a modern, non-invasive treatment that uses targeted, low-level electrical stimulation to influence the brain’s natural activity patterns. The therapy is drug-free, comfortable, and performed while you are seated and relaxed.
Many patients describe ExoMind as a way to help the brain re-establish healthier signaling patterns, similar to how physical therapy helps retrain muscles after injury or strain.
What Is ExoMind Commonly Used For?
ExoMind is used by both men and women who may be experiencing challenges such as:
- Ongoing anxiety or chronic stress
- Depression or periods of low mood
- Mood changes related to hormonal transitions, including menopause
- Difficulty concentrating or persistent mental fatigue
- Repetitive or intrusive thought patterns
- Compulsive behaviors or challenges with impulse control (like OCD and Binge Behaviors)
- Brain fog following illness, injury, or surgery
- A desire for improved mental clarity and cognitive performance
You do not need to be in crisis to explore ExoMind. Many individuals choose this therapy as part of a proactive approach to long-term brain health and emotional wellbeing. Mental wellness is deeply connected to how the body functions as a whole. For this reason, many patients choose to explore ExoMind alongside broader wellness considerations. During your consultation, your provider may review factors such as metabolism, hormones, and energy levels to better understand how they may be influencing mood, motivation, and overall mental wellbeing.
US FDA clearance:
EXOMIND is FDA-cleared in the United States for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). In other regions, including Canada and the European Union, the technology has received regulatory approval for additional mental health–related indications, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and excessive or compulsive eating behaviors. These approvals and indications differ by region and are not all cleared for use in the United States.
International use and emerging clinical data suggest potential benefits related to food cravings, binge eating patterns, impulse control, and self-regulation. In addition, ongoing research is evaluating the technology’s potential role in conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other areas of mental health. These applications remain under investigation and are not FDA-cleared indications in the United States.
Treatment eligibility and clinical use are determined by a qualified healthcare provider.
